In this video, our President, Jay Schulze, unpacks the newly passed FFCRA as it relates to household employers. If you employ a nanny, senior caregiver, or other household employee, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires you to provide your employees who qualify with expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. The states’ Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) administers and enforces the new law’s paid leave requirements.
