HWS Employee Self-Service Portal

You are enrolled in HWS’ online Employee Self Service. You will have access to your paystubs and W2’s online 24/7.

5 Things you need to know.

  1. First time users will need to set up a new account. Click the button below and select “New User” to establish your account.
  2. You will need your Company Code. This is a four (4) character code unique to your employer. We can provide this to you if needed.
  3. Once you have your account credentials, you will be asked to log in.
  4. If you need to change your password you can do so by logging in, clicking the little white triangle in the upper right hand corner next to your name, and selecting “Change Password.”
