Co-founded HomeWork Solutions in 1993 to provide payroll and tax services to families employing household workers. Kathy has extensive experience preparing ‘nanny tax’ payroll taxes. She is the author of numerous articles on this topic and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, and the Congressional Quarterly. She also consulted with Senate staffers in the drafting of the 1994 Nanny Tax Law.
Webb is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College. She currently serves as Co-President of the International Nanny Association, the leading professional association in the in-home childcare industry.

Ryan brings a background in accounting and financial controls to HomeWork Solutions. Ryan is familiar with our partner challenges and concerns, and is adept at matching partners with the appropriate features and services to provide end to end household payroll solutions. Ryan is responsible for our payroll and tax reporting teams, and works diligently to provide clients with the timely, accurate and friendly support that HomeWork Solutions is known for.

Daniel RafeedieDirector, Sales and Marketing
Daniel engages with HomeWork Solutions’ referral partners – accountants, financial service professionals and household staffing agencies, to provide household payroll and “nanny tax” compliance service to our partner’s clients who employ nannies, housekeepers, maids, senior caregivers and other household workers providing services in the family’s private home.
Daniel brings a deep understanding of household payroll and tailors partner relationships that meet our mutual service goals, and works to insure that HWS services compliment and add value to our partners’ businesses.
Daniel holds a Bachelors Business Administration, Finance from James Madison University.
Joe FrisbeeEnrollment Specialist
Joe assists families understand their obligations as household employers and ensures our clients get their relationship with their nanny, caregiver or other household employee off to the right start. From nanny shares to companionship exemptions, Joe is there walk our clients through every situation and concern with hiring a household employee. Joe liaisons with our referral partners to ensure their clients get the concierge level of service they are accustomed to providing to their own clients. He consults with our enrollment and payroll team to ensure our clients get setup with state and federal tax ID numbers and transition into service expeditiously and without fail.

Angel joined our staff in 1994. Angel has held a variety of positions with the company, including acting as our Accounting Manager and later Payroll Manager for many years.
Mary Crowe, FPCClient Care Manager
Mary joined our team in 2011, and assumed these responsibilities in October 2012. Mary’s focus is client support and internal Information Technology support, her core competencies. She brings 15 years of successful client services experience, along with strong team building and problem solving skills, to our team.
Tina Hughes, FPCLead Payroll Processor
In her role as Payroll Team Lead, Tina insures the timely, error-free process of household employee payroll. Tina loves working with our NaniPay household payroll clients, and takes great pride in high calibre of service and support she and her team provide to thousands of household employers nationwide. Tina has previous work experience in military and government contractor payroll, and enjoys the intimate relationship and personal interactions she has with HWS’ payroll clients.
Tina is currently studying for her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification from the American Payroll Association.
Phyllis RuedingerTechnology Support

Phyllis joined our team in 1996 and she provides software, technical support and problem resolution skills to our Client Care, Production and Payroll teams.
