The security of your personal information, your employee’s personal information, and your financial data. Stored in encrypted systems, accessed only by authorized team members, never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

The accuracy and timeliness of every payroll tax return, W-2, and Schedule H we file on your behalf. If we make an error, we fix it.
Your regulatory standing.
Monitoring the federal, state, and local regulatory changes that affect your household employment situation and reaching out to provide a courtesy notification when action may be required.

Secure Client Portal
You and your employee manage your account through an encrypted, password-protected online portal. Payroll changes, payment records, and tax filings are accessed through the portal only. Sensitive information isn’t ever exchanged over unencrypted email.
Data Encryption
All personal and financial data is encrypted. This includes all sensitive personally identifiable information that must be kept in strict confidence.
Limited Access Controls
Only the team members who need access to your account to service it have it. We maintain strict internal access controls to ensure your data is not accessible beyond the scope of work being performed.
No Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively to provide the payroll and compliance services you have engaged us for.

THE HOMEWORK SOLUTIONS GUARANTEE
When you use our service, we guarantee that, based on the information provided to us, your payroll tax returns will be filed accurately and on time, and all applicable payroll taxes will be remitted to the appropriate agencies by their required deadlines.
That means you will not receive an IRS notice for a mistake we made. If you do, we handle it.
What happens when an IRS notice arrives.
Most notices that arrive are erroneous, but they still have to be read, understood, and handled. We handle payroll-related notices for our clients.
Even with perfect compliance, the IRS occasionally sends notices. It may be a request for information, a filing verification, or a notice triggered by something unrelated to payroll. When a notice arrives for a Complete or Premier client, here is what happens:
- You forward the notice to your HomeWork Solutions specialist.
- We review it and determine the appropriate response.
- We handle all correspondence directly with the IRS or the relevant state agency.
- We keep you informed of the outcome and next steps.
- You don’t have to interact with the IRS directly unless a specific response from you is legally required.
