You pay your employee directly, and we prepare the necessary quarterly tax reports and remittances. NaniTax subscribers receive the following services:

Completed registrations for federal and state employment tax accounts.
New Hire Reporting, as required by state law.
Compensation consultation with break-down of employee withholdings.You pay the employee the correct net check amount.
Quarterly preparation of required returns. All returns mailed to you 'signature ready' for submission.
Complete year-end tax report preparation including Form W-2 and Schedule H.
Assistance with all correspondence to/from taxing authorities.

Annual Fee (1)	$450	Includes Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Filings For One Employee (New Hire Reporting, Social Security, Medicare, State and Federal Unemployment, Withholding Tax and W-2s). Add $80/Employee to Add or Change Employees
Registration	$100	One-time charge includes application for Tax Identification Numbers.

(1) Payment Options: Annual Fee covers 4 calendar quarters of tax preparation. Registration Fee and Annual Fees payable at time of registration. The client may elect to pay the Annual Fee in four quarterly payments automatically charged to their major credit card. A $10.00 per quarter processing fee will be added for quarterly billing. Quarterly billing occurs at quarter end. Additional Employees and supplementary registrations will be billed during the quarter the change occurs.
